The minimum of contract term actually depends on scope of service and volume of goods. It can be from a period of 1 month. The longer contract period will guarantee that you will get the same service rate as the initial stage as long as the scope of service or conditions are same.

We normally charge customer by activity based. It is divided in several categories which are storage charge, handling charge and transport charge. Our TMS (transport management system) is able to track status of order whether it has been shipped from warehouse or delivered to customer, or not. In addition, we have GPS tracking system that we can track delivery status real time, however, the latitude and longitude of destination are required.
